Iacopo Destri graduated with highest honors from the Università degli Studi di Pisa with a thesis entitled “European Union Authority in matters of Healthcare Protection“, supervised by professor and attorney at law Antonio M. Calamia. After beginning his career at Michael Best & Friedrich in Chicago, Illinois (USA), he worked for several years in the American law firm Baker &McKenzie. He has also held the position of Italian manager for Brand Protection for Cisco Systems. Subsequently, he joined the IP/IT department of Dewey &LeBoeuf Law Firm in Milan followed by a collaboration with Orsingher Avvocati Associati in Milan. He specializes in intellectual and industrial property, technology and information, personal information protection law, unfair competition, advertising, internet, e-commerce and entertainment law. He also has extensive experience in commercial contract law, bankruptcy law  and sports law. He counts among his clients many leading operators, both in Italy and abroad, in the world of communications and media. He has been a lecturer for the Master of Strategies for the Business of Sports organized by the Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia, the Master in Fashion and Design Business (MAFED) at the Università Bocconi di Milano, the Master in Economics for Lawyers and Public Managers at the Università degli Studi di Pisa, the Master in Law and Business at the Business School of Il Sole24Ore. He has spoken at conferences in the areas of IP/IT law and financial sector. He has contributed to several specialist publications in the IP/IT. He is FIKBMS’ Federal Prosecutor and vice-chairman of the International Financial Litigation Network. He is also a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and of the International Technology Law Association - ITechLaw.

Anna Maria Lotto graduated with honors from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano, with a thesis on “Administrates fines and other protection tools against unfair commercial practices”. After initially working at Fusi-Testa-Cottafavi-Canu Law Firm, she earned her diploma from Università degli Studi di Pavia – Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano Law School. Thereafter she interned at the Juvenile Court of Milan. In 2012, she began collaborating with C-LEX Studio Legale. She handles data privacy, information technology, intellectual property and copyright, commercial contracts, advertising and media law, e-commerce, and civil litigation.
