Located in the Principality of Monaco, 99 Avocats associés (formerly GIACCARDI & BREZZO Avocats) was founded by Thomas GIACCARDI in 1999. It is in reference to that year that our legal firm bears itsname. Our expertise covers all areas of law, grouped into 10 departments: banking&finance, corporate&tax, compliance, civil law, family, labour, criminal, real estate&construction, familiy office, public law. Founder of 99 Avocats, Thomas Giaccardi is a Monegasque Defense Attorney (Avocat Défenseur) before Monaco’s Appeal Court. Specialized in business law, he focuses attention on IT Law, Data Protection Law, Intellectual Property Law. He works closely with the Monegasque Working Group on Digital Economy (GTEN) and also takes an active role in the information of all kinds of public in the Principality (meetings, trainings, publications). As an elected Member of the Monegasque Parliament (Conseil national) in 2003, Thomas has been involved in the drafting of numerous laws. Anne ROBERT is a senior associate at 99 AVOCATS ASSOCIÉS specialising in public, international and European law, with a particular focus on personal data protection and IT law. She is also a member of the Data Protection Club of Monaco and the Association Française des Correspondants à la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (AFCDP, including a Monaco Group).
