She has finished her studies in 2003 at the Faculty of Law of the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje where she completed also her Master’s studies in the field of Labor law. During the period of 2001-2002, she made a study visit at the University of Augsburg, Germany in the field of EU and international law. She is a member of the Macedonian Bar Association since 2006. Jasmina is experienced in providing legal services and assisting our clients in the complex transactions dealing with M&A, corporate and commercial issues, day to day operation of our clients, competition and drafting internal privacy policies and cookie policy.
