Additionally he is a Certified Data Privacy Professional, granted by the Spanish Association for the Promotion of Information Security, ISMS Forum. His interest lies not simply in technology itself, but in what happens when organizations adopt new technologies without reconsidering how they make decisions. This raises fundamental questions about accountability when algorithms make decisions, how organizations can govern technologies that their boards may not fully understand, and what legal compliance means when the law has not yet determined precisely what should be regulated. Pedro works with companies confronting these challenges and also explores them in the classroom, through AI and Law courses and interdisciplinary discussions at the intersection of law, creativity, and technology. Before studying law, he studied acting at Universidad Católica, an experience that shaped his interest in understanding how people operate within organizational and institutional structures.
